WHY DONATE THE 5X1000 TO THE IRCCS BIETTI FOUNDATION?
The 5×1000 is a sum of money calculated on the basis of income tax and therefore does not entail any cost for the taxpayer. Allocating the 5×1000 has a significant value for the institutions that receive it, in fact the fee represents an important source of support for many institutions that carry out activities of social relevance and health and scientific research. By allocating it to the G.B. Bietti Foundation you can support the research and help many patients suffering from diseases of the visual system.
HOW WILL WE USE YOUR CONTRIBUTION?
If you decide to allocate the 5×1000 to our IRCCS you can finance the research activity with translational guidance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. You will support research aimed at reducing visual impairment and improving the quality of life of the patient suffering from eye diseases.
REPORTING 5X1000
In compliance with art.16 paragraph 5 of the Prime Ministerial Decree 23/07/2020 the IRCCS G.B. Bietti Foundation for the Study and Research in Ophthalmology ONLUS (Tax Code 07864670588) publishes the amount of the contributions of 5×1000 collected during 2020.
HOW TO DO IT
Allocating the 5×1000 to IRCCS Fondazione Bietti is very simple, it only takes a few steps to really make a difference. At the time of filling in the tax return or the income tax statement issued to employees by their companies it will be sufficient:
- sign in the framework dedicated to the “FINANCING OF HEALTH RESEARCH”
- report, under the signature, the tax code of the IRCCS Bietti Foundation for the Study and Research in Ophthalmology 07864670588
