At the British branch, acceptance manages the payments of tickets and/or OCT, both with ATM and credit card.
For cancellations and/or postponements of appointments, contact the Regional CUP if the booking was made by the Cup, or the Foundation if the payment was made at our branches
Hospitalizations and/or treatments in Day Hospital cannot be booked; they must always be preceded by an initial eye examination in our Specialist Clinics, which can be booked through the Regional Cup, or first company eye examination.
