Ethical code

The principles, the rules, the means of implementation: our Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics includes the principles that guide the action of health professionals as well as the guarantees and values on which those who choose to rely on the G.B. Bietti Foundation know they can count.

The Foundation also undertakes to ensure the timely internal and external dissemination of the Code of Ethics through:

  • distributing to all members of the Bodies of the Foundation and to all employees;
  • posting it in a place accessible to all;
  • making available to Third Party Recipients and any other interlocutors on the Foundation’s website and on the local network (intranet).

Simultaneously, the initiatives promoted by the Supervisory Body provide training programs on the principles of this Code; programs that are designed taking into account the need to tailor activities based on the role and responsibilities of the human resources involved, with particular focus on individuals identified as ‘top-level’ as well as those operating in areas classified as ‘high-risk’

STRUCTURE OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

The Code of Ethics is divided into three sections:

  1. statement of the general ethical principles that identify the reference values in the Company’s activities;
  2. indication of the rules of conduct dictated with respect to subjects, including Third Party Recipients, required to comply with this Code;
  3. regulation of the implementation mechanisms, which outline the control system for the correct application of the Code.
